Please note: appointments can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the appointment time. After this, refunds cannot be given.

This is a professional massage therapy service. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and Wellspring will pursue criminal prosecution of anyone who attempts to abuse our staff.

Policies

  • We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

    Please understand that if a client does not give notice,  we miss the opportunity to treat another client, therefore notice given less than 24 hours' prior to a booked session will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid. 

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time but you will be charged a 100% of the reserved treatment price.

  • Appointments at your own location can only be booked with authorisation after at least three sessions at our studio. You will be sent a link to book appointments of this type. Only locations within a certain travelling distance of East London are available.
